Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Good Morning Wishes app ("the app"), published by Glory Developers ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What the app does
The app offers greeting cards (good morning, good night, birthday and similar wishes) that you can browse, save as favourites and share through other apps such as WhatsApp. The app is free to use and shows advertising.
2. Using the cards
- You may share the cards with family, friends and groups for personal, non-commercial greetings.
- You may not sell the cards, bundle them into another app or website, remove them in bulk from the app, or present them as your own product.
- You may not use the app or its cards for anything unlawful, or to harass, mislead or harm other people.
3. Premium subscription (remove ads)
- Plan and price: Premium is a weekly, automatically renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app and on Google Play's purchase screen before you confirm, in your local currency and including any applicable taxes.
- Free trial: if you are eligible, the subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. Eligibility is decided by Google Play, and a free trial is normally available once per Google account. If you are not eligible, the app shows the price without a trial and you are charged when you subscribe.
- Billing: payment is taken by Google Play through the payment method on your Google account. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you are charged the weekly price when the trial ends, and then every week until you cancel.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically every week at the price then in effect unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- How to cancel: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose Good Morning Wishes and tap Cancel subscription. You can also open this page from the app's Settings when Premium is on. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
- After you cancel: Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for (or the end of the free trial), and then the ads return. You are not charged again.
- Refunds: purchases are handled by Google Play and its refund policy applies. You can request a refund from Google Play at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. You can also write to us and we will help where we can.
- Price changes: if the price changes, Google Play will tell you in advance and, where required, ask for your agreement before the new price applies.
- Restoring: if you reinstall the app or change phones, sign in with the same Google account and tap "Restore" on the Premium screen.
4. Advertising and third-party services
Without Premium, the app shows ads supplied by third parties. We do not control the content of those ads or the websites and apps they lead to, and we are not responsible for them. How these services handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Notifications
If you allow it, the app shows daily reminders. You can turn them off at any time in the app's Settings or in your phone's settings.
6. Ownership
The app, its design and its cards are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by law. These terms give you permission to use them as described above and nothing more. "WhatsApp" and other product names belong to their owners; the app is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We try to keep it working well, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
9. Changes
We may change the app, its features or these terms. The current terms are always on this page, with their effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
